What you can expect
As Director Data & Analytics at AMORELIE, you will lead the department's engagement with business stakeholders and executives by creating strong partnerships in order to push a data driven culture within our company.

You are responsible for developing the team's culture: driving technical excellence, enforce a hands-on and get-stuff done attitude, collaborate with the team, and provide a continuing learning, trust and safety atmosphere
You will translate company strategy into analytics and data work streams that support the business
You create an environment where data and analytics professionals can develop their skills and grow their careers through taking on increased responsibility and adding value to the organization
You are responsible for setting-up leadership by excellence: inspire the team, provide guidance, set team vision, create a structure
You are the owner of our company analytics function, working closely with stakeholders across the company to drive analytical projects
You lead strategic improvements to data quality, governance and accessibility
Your essential experience and education
You have a Bachelor's degree or master's degree in STEM preferred
You have several years of solid work experience in a B2C tech company
You own hands-on experience working in the fields of Data Engineering and Data Analytics
You have a strong executive-level client facing skills and the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts with confidence to a non-technical executive audience
You are highly organized with an ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
You have an expertise in data visualization and data storytelling and your exceptional verbal and written communication skills help you to write reports and presenting them to key stakeholders
You have advanced coding skills in SQL and Python
You have coached and mentored team members in previous roles
You bring hands-on experience in creating and managing an enterprise-scale Data Platform, while setting best practices for security, privacy, monitoring & alerting, and CI/CD
You have experience in building Cloud based Data Platform infrastructure in either AWS or Azure or GCP
