Global Mobility Manager (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of our employee relocation processes, compassionate and supportive by their side. As their bastion of calm, you will function as the first point of contact for the assignees, their managers and their HR departments in both home and host country, working closely with our Centre of Expertise „Performance & Rewards / International Mobility“. From initiation to end of assignment, extension or localisation, you will keep all parties involved and up-to-date. Your resilience and analytical mindset will aid you in your operational vendor management, in guiding, supporting and coaching the ING Business Shared Services, and in your efforts to safeguard an efficient onboarding process in the host country. In this position, you will hone your people skills just as much as your numbers‘ skills and take responsibility for the compensation data, updating the balance sheets, control and approve vendor invoices, and develop a firm understanding of content/impact cost estimate, balance sheet and assignment letters. As a team player, you will always work closely with your colleagues both national and international.

• Master‘s degree or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in an international HR environment, International Mobility department or consulting practice
• Experience with a Shared Service way of working
• Good understanding of global tax, compliance and local legislation
• Fit in Assignment Pro, Workday, Excel
• Flexible, organised, deadline-focused and a team-player
• Independent and critical thinking
• Fluent in English
